Brewing instructions: Place a heaped teaspoon of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot, tea bottle, or infuser and brew for 3-5+ minutes. For an iced tea add some fresh strawberries, mint leaves, and ice.
Organic ingredients: licorice, peppermint, fennel, rose petals, hibiscus, and coriander seeds. Caution: Licorice is not recommended for use in hypertension.
